Covid-19 update

Following the latest Covid-19 guidance and restrictions the team at Dolby Vivisol are working hard to keep our staff and patients safe. We continue to work alongside our colleagues in the NHS and local authorities to ensure that we are in line with official guidelines; our teams follow rigorous procedures and all of our equipment is put through stringent decontamination processes. 

We understand that you may be concerned about allowing our Home Care Technicians access to your home, however, it is essential that Oxygen Concentrators are serviced at least once per year to ensure they are performing as they should be and delivering you oxygen. Our Home Care Technicians follow social distancing guidelines and wear protective gloves and face coverings. You can arrange to be in another room during your service. Our customer care team will also continue to ask you if you have or anyone in the household has Covid-19; please don’t be offended when they ask you this; we are keeping you and our staff safe. If you have any concerns the team are here to talk them through with you.
